Please note that we have received a notice of cancellation or non-renewal of their insurance contract
company in relation to the mortgaged property with us to be effective on August 30, 2002. The
purpose of this letter is to recall the terms and conditions of your mortgage,
specifies that you maintain adequate insurance coverage guarantee for the loan.
Please make arrangements satisfactory to its policy of continuous coverage / or renovation of a new
policy with adequate coverage forced so there is no lapse in coverage. If you are
unable to do so, please contact the office immediately so that we can make arrangements with
you regarding this issue.
